Slovakian Republic contact: Claus Fellner +43 699 100 69696 or tandem@fallschirm.at

USPA: You also need to get the USPA Instructor Rating Manual and complete items 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 in your USPA Tandem Instructor Proficiency Card (signed by a USPA rated instructor). You need at least ten jumps as a USPA Coach or Instructor teaching and observing basic group freefall skills, you must bring those entries signed in your logbook. For more information visit their website: www.uspa.org

Costs:

Material Required:

· Strong TICC Package €125 (MUST have before coming to the course)

Phase I:

· Ground Training: €100
· Instructional fees for 5 jumps: €400 per person including gear
· 10 jump tickets (5 jumps minimum x 2 slots)

Phase II:

· Instructional fees for 5 jumps: €300 per person including gear rental
· 10 jump tickets (5 jumps minimum x 2 slots)

Notes:

*A minimum of 10 jumps is required in order to complete the course. The 10 jumps allows for the repetition of one level in Phase I, nevertheless, if you needed to repeat more than one level you might have to do more than 10 jumps.

**Phase II can be completed with an experience skydiver (over 100 jumps), however, it is highly recommended to be completed with a Tandem Instructor/Examiner because other skydivers will not be able to evaluate your performance and provide you with valuable feedback.

***If you don't get to jump because of weather or other circumstances, you will be charged for ground training only. The ground training is only valid if you return to complete the course with us, in which case you would not be charged for ground training a second time.
